I did not like counterstrike. I play World War Two Online, which you have HQ's with the whole ranks and stuff, then Armys, divisions and squad, very teamwork based. The same gaming Clan that I'm in is also into Planetside.

has anyone tried Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory? awesome free, downloadable game which was designed to be an expansion pack to Wolfenstein but somewhere along the line cancelled, so the makers decided to just offer it as a downloadable game. it's good enough that i would buy it if it did cost money...it just makes it that much better that it's free. it's a ww2 game (are there any non ww2 games now-a-days? ).

As derrick said, IF YOU OWN BF 1942, DOWNLOAD THE DESERT COMBAT MOD. It is definately WELL worth your time. The vehicles, weapons, sounds, and graphics are incredible. The aircraft are amazing (hard to fly at first)...tanks, hummers, scud launchers...It's amazing.
