in under a week. I got a field who starts a new job in less than 2 weeks. One problem, he has a 45 min drive and no vehicle. Well, sort of no vehicle. He is buying my father's old car, and has 1/2 the money to him. That leaves him with 200 other dollars to cover the fees and such, plus get insurance.

So other than pimping out his body (which may get him pez if he is lucky) and other illegal activities, where does one go to make a few bucks, under the counter?

Where does he live at? The Gaint Eagle I work at may be hiring I could ask if he lives in walking distance.

There is also E-bay, he could sell some old stuff, or stuff he doesn't want or need.

Trust me, if the man had anything to sell, he would of. Doesnt have much, or we would of done that already.

He does have a truck that doesnt work right now, needs a clutch master cylender, winshield, and the carb tweeked. Will need towed, engine good....

This may sound kinda sick -- and I don't even know if they do this anymore -- but a few years back a friend of mine was "donating" blood for cash.

The local blood supply is very low...I wouldn't be surprised if they still pay for good donors.

Something to think about anyway

Ya know, that came up as a suggestion as we were talking. There is a place downtown or uptown that buys plasma. He went there once, and said it was nasty and looked like a methadone clinic, and left.
