Hey Renegades! It's great to be back! Well in some form or another. My tenure at Riverside was from around '98-'00. Matt and a few of the ol' timers from that error may remember me. Anyway, I take it I might be one of the few Renegades to be outside of Pittsburgh and still trying to keep in touch! Hope I get to met some of you newer folks at one of the megagames soon!

Yo Phoenix,

Yeap, still got the TS-1, though still haven't got a chance to stretch her legs since I moved out west. I was telling Matt when I got back in touch with him that I've been consistently meeting paintball idiots (sub proper profane language here) in the Los Angeles area. I really miss the Renegade field. Not just the field, but the folks that play there. Most of LA is full of speedballers. Nothing wrong with that, but there is just way too much attitude out here.

I probably won't make it to MMG this year, but I hope to make it next year or at least the next Mega game the Renegades go to. I really want to test out my TS-1 with a 250-round "bandolier". I made it when I was still in Pitt, but haven't gotten a chance to really lay down a wall of paint at a big game. Figured while the entire other team is setting their sights on me, the pump gun crew could just walk up behind them and piss off a few $1k autocockers with one shot to center mass=)...

I played at the field quite a bit between '96-99, including a trek to the WRG game in '98 (that's me in the crazy yellow and blue jersey in the vintage renegades pic). I think last time I made it out there was maybe for a brief stint in '01. Anyways, I'm sitting in Qatar right now doing my second year in the mideast (as a civilian this time). I may try to stop in and get a game in while I'm back on vacation in June.

Way too much drama between fields, refs and people. I had a few good moments during the game, but the refs letting things go to hell in a handbasket didn't do anything for the event.
