I'm so happy I finally got to play today- I was about to go into paintball withdrawal...

Same time, same place next weekend?

maybe. I am going to see if Buddy needs help at the field, either that or get more time in at the range. I have a lot of work to do on my defensive shooting (firearms, not paintball)

Plus I want to make a new drop for my vector, I need to get a hold of some 1/2" or so thick aluminum.

I would say it was a good round of games, but the safety precautions were very unacceptable, that kind of stuff NEVER gets to that level at Riverside. Ever. Especially if any of the referee's I know are in charge, myself included. I have never had to tell that many people to put barrel plugs in, or to keep their masks on on the field.

Sorry bout the small rant. Lack of safety (like when my safety is jeopardized) really peeves me off.

I went to Extreme this past weekend. A lot of people showed up and it was pretty fun, but the safety definitely wasn't top priority. I don't trust that "netting cage" for a second. It seemed to me kind of low. And if you played the trench field...all there was was a 5-10 feet long strip of netting, the rest of the deadbox/resting area was completely unprotected. Couple people were almost hit with stray balls, but nothing serious. Of course I kept my mask on at all times, even though we weren't instructed to.
