Well boys and girls, my life in the army ended as quickly as it started. on the last day of my Pre-Initial Entry Training i messed my left knee up pretty good during the last Relay run for morning PT. i pivotted to turn and my body turned but my left knee didn't. i finished the relay, but by lunch, i could barely walk. my DIs saw i was having trouble, but i denied i was hurting until i was ordered to pull my pant leg up above my knee. i was disqualified at Harrisburg MEPS on friday and was shipped home that afternoon. i'll keep yenz posted on my recovery and my status in the Military.

Sorry to hear about your knee and everything. Hope that you have a speedy recovery and everything works out for you.

Man, that sucks! I hope it's just a sprain. Knees are kinda funny...I've had lots of "minor" injuries that I initially thought were a lot worse due to pain and swelling.

Myself, I'm scheduled for an ACL replacement on my right knee this Thursday. That should be (not) fun.

Keep lots of ice on that knee...and naproxin sodium (Alleve?) works great
