People wear different kinds of clothing -- usually camoflauge -- but that's up to you. I would suggest shoes/boots with ankle support. The terrain at the field is hilly and there are lots of ways to twist an ankle. Paintball gloves are really handy too (no pun).

There's water at the field, but it's a good idea to bring gatorade, 10-k or whatever you need to keep yourself hydrated. Buddy and the crew are great, but I don't think they'll give you mouth-to-mouth if you forget to drink water

The field equipment is pretty good -- most (if not all) of the masks have thermal lenses and the marker of choice is the unbreakable VM-68.

Leave your paint at home -- this is field-paint only (usually RPS Stinger, aka BigBall)

That's about it.

If you're heading to the waterfront (Dave and Busters) from Squirrel Hill -- approaching the Homestead Greys Bridge, turn right on Imogene Road (red light around Wendy's before the bridge). Follow that road and make your first available left turn.

When you make that turn, there's a dirt/gravel road immediately on your right. You can drive back there or you can park on the road. If you drive back on the dirt/gravel road, you might get blocked in by other players.

its just common courtesy to call them and let them kno how many guys ur bringing down with you and if you need to rent but u said u dont have to. once ur across the homestead highlevel bridge, make a left onto imogene road, then go about a half mile in and make the left onto desdemona and the car. There is a trail leading back to the staging area located on your right here at the top of the guardrail.
here's directions
