Post subject:  Pump game anyone?

Trying to build some interest for a pump game, Would like to make it say.. a Friday evening in June or so. Maybe a Saturday... but good old school paintball, maybe some food... lots of fun, I think.

Any takers?

There are 17 Trracers available for rent, 1 PGP for rent (you supply 12grams) , I can lend my SC Trracer (once again, 12 grams) and maybe a few other pumps laying around my house.

I'm itching for a good pump only game.. thinking it would be the same deal as last time, 15 dollars for 250 rounds, rental, air, etc... (12grams are your responsibility)

A cookout is very possible, I can spring a bit for hamburgers or hot dogs, we can make it a potluck deal.

Azzy,

I would be up for that if my surgeon gives me the ok to play again. When are you thinking of having it?

I have a traccer, but haven't used it in a while. I took it out a few weeks ago and had a problem with the paint rolling out the barrel. I might need someone to look at it for me. Do you think the spring detent is bad? (I think that is what the spring is for)

Fets - That spring is so you dont get double feeding.. but there is a trick to stop the roll outs. Clean the barrel well, and take a strip of elecrical tape (clean cut with scissors) about 1" long. Lay it about 12 way across the edge of the barrel lip, and smoth it inside and outside the barrel.

Theis will work on any closed bolt gun. I will try and remember to take a picture later for reference.

JT- You got it. The one I have is the Mcarterbrown.com PGP

If you could post a picture I would appreciate it. Put the tape on the threaded end of the barrel, I assume? I have heard a thin bead of nail polish will work as well, have you ever tired this approach? I will probably try the tape approach first since you know it works.

We are having a pump gun only game this Friday, June 3rd (rain date the following Friday) at 5:30 PM. Pumps are available free for rent, but at a limited number. Bring a friend; old-school paintball is the game at its best! (and the easiest for a new person to play)

Email me for equipment, pricing and to reserve a spot. Check www.riversiderenegades.com and the forums for updates and changes.

OK, I just gathered stock...

I have 15+ trracers, 1 Stock Class trracer, 3 splatmasters, and 1 PGP (spoken for) to loan out.

If anyone wants to use a splatmaster, you have to bring your own 12grams and let me know so I can bring them along.
