I'm getting some new tools and wanted to hear some ideas of what you guys would like to see for custom/modifed guns.

Ive been wanting to see a modular multibarrel system for a sheridan based gun...

Even drew up CAD plans a while back...

How about improving on the old Bullpup VM trigger mechanism? Re-invent a drum feed for a tippman?

Drum feed? That was on the .68 special right? I think I can do the VM bull pup, accutally you guessed one of my secret projects: the bull pup autococker.

I want to do a semi-auto pgp also(different from the palmers like jobs), it will use a ram thought, but the ram will work like an R/T if you know what I mean.

Oh, I'm also making a thompson stock for the autococker like the old school sniper's had(I accutally know someone with one of these).

Like the Thompson sniper in this gallery? http://www.mcarterbrown.com/cgi-bin/gal ... tman&num=1

Granted, that has a one off pump and magazine gas-thru.. but who's counting.

A bullpup cocker would be cool, and pretty easy with a slide trigger. Just watch you dont catch your shirt or ear on the backblock, eh? Then again, if you did a 1/2 block cocker, that would be pretty cool.

As for the drum feed, I know that one of the Damage Inc. guys has a picture of the drum fed SMG68 from the tippman factory. Dont think it made it past prototype.. not an easy idea, ya know?

Well for the drum idea I would put a egg 2 impeller in the bottom of the drum so it would sort of be like a warp feed, It would push the balls up through a canal one wall of the drum. The main paint resvewar would be held in the middle of the drum, which may also be agitated by another motor. The impeller would be attached to a 3 dollar remote control car engine I got from family dollar, and would be hooked up so when you pulled the trigger it would spin, I would need an adjustable resistor to slow it down enough, and then would have the problem of it not feeding when down to the last 15 or so. It would only work on guns with strong detents also.

I was gonna cheat and use an E-grip for the bullpup guns, the place where the solinoid was routed to(orginally where the grip would be) would look sort of like a clip.

I was thinking more along the lines o a spring feed for the drum, ive heard of that design before, and havent seen one yet that has worked well.

Also a spring lets you keep it clean looking.

I need to find a place that has some good light springs, maybe I'll look around at home depot or lowes.

PPS useds piano wire wound around a dowel to form the sptings for their feeds.

With a little trial and error....

Heres some work I just did on a .68 carbine, its now an electro-sear tripper, I think its the first one thats been done, but yeah I had to dremel through the grip because the cheap solinoid was too big

Oh that nasty black stuff is hard as steel expoxy, it seems to work well and is said to be able to be drilled and tapped.
