just picked up an ion. I got a matte all american back with a S-treme trigger by new designs. It leaks but then stops. They say thats a factory defect. |

From the hose between the shell and the trigger i think, and now its starting to come from the little hole in the asa. Any advice would help. |

leaks that come from the back of the trigger and gun, usually refer to the noid hoses. those hoses are a pain in the *** to work with. use needlenosed pliars to take them off. i just use a razor to cut them and replace instead of working with them. check ur hose for any cracks, i know a couple people who have had to replace them. if you can replace it anyway. that mostly comes from not turning the reg down the first time before airing it up. if that doesnt work, lube your internals, try backing off the reg then air it up and up the reg a little a time. get back to me . |

nothing's wrong with the hoses i checked but I'll look again just to be sure. I was only looking for an obvious crack or puncture whole. |

THANK GOD! Its fixed. The hose in the gun was worn(I 'd love to know how?) I just gased it up and no leaks. but.... when the tank ran out of air it began to make some type of leak sound. I think it was the reg trying to fill but their was no air. Thanks mitshu , Tho i was using my friends low pressure cross fire tank not my 20oz anti-siphon. |
