ok so what is the best insert to use with the freak barrel and our field paint? |

i use 687 or i notice other people use the blew one but i dont know the size of it |

fit the paint to the insert, thats what the freak was designed for, keep dropping balls through different inserts untill you find one that just catches the paint, but not to the point where you have to force it out the barrel. you have to match it each week, cause paint size differs from box to box. |

Alot of the "pro" speedball guys I've seen all use the .695 insert, no matter the size of the paint so they won't get any breaks, this is with open bolt markers of course. |
