Stock cocker reg can handle 250-800 psi output. More than enought for your procarbine. Ebay is cheap, or you can look on docsmachine.com in the Tinker's Guild for one being sold. I got my male PPS Stabiliser there for 50 bucks.
Just make sure you go with a high flowing one, that is not botherd by liquid CO2. I know the Stab, stock cocker, AA Black Ice, and a few otehrs handle CO2 well, but will work best with an anti-siphon setup. Which, if you do not know how to install, please dont try it yourself. Ask a proshop, or myself to help.
