Do any of you older renegades, or younger, have any AA barrels, or any other barrels, that you would be willing to lend or sell that have a smaller bore size then a progressive barrel that are the same length? the progressives are good, accurate barrels but i wanted to see if a smaller bore size closer to STINGERZ size would allow a more accurate shot. i know it would but i just wanted to know how MUCH of a differance it would be. ( i don't want to have that big drop is my shots ) |

Lapco Autospirit seems to be a decent size shot for the stingers. What kind of threads? I have 4 AA barrels, 2 cocker, 1 Trracer, 1 Shocker. I also have a teardrop that fits the paint well on a spyder, and possibly a J&J that works good. Oh, what size All American? The older ones come in 3 bore Sizes, my Mid and small bore ones work well for the field paint, depending on the batch. |

threads for a piranah. as for size, i don't know because i don't know the bore size of the STINGGERZ paint or the actual bore sizes of your barrels. as long as its close to STINGGERZ without being TOO small sounds good and just out of curiousity, what's the ID for the field paint? it seems kinda small. |

Well progressves are mid to large bore. My smallest AA barrel is marked .679, but thats for a cocker. I have an old J&J that is .685 that you can try out if you want, Ill bring it up Sunday. |

well when i am at the field you can borrow any of my barrels for my spyder, they are the same threads. i have a j&j, dye excelm various sp barrels. i think that is all, but not sure. for a spyder threaded gun you may just want to look into a freak junior. i have a freak kit for my imp and i love it |

for those freak kits do you put the colored insert into the backpiece? i was looking at pictures if them and i was just wondering how all that worked Can you help a brother out? |

Yep, you change the internal bore of the freak with inserts. You can also change the front piece with different lengths, different amounts of porting. |

Whatever the size of the paint is... You dont need the whole kit, I use a .679 Just get a few different insets. Before you run off and buy that one, you might look into other kits, and see which one fits you and your budjet best. Check this link for a listing of some of the kits out there - http://www.network54.com/Forum/message? ... 1092886075 I would also ad this - if you alredy have a medium bore barrel, and a larger bore (stock, which these days are OK)... why buy a kit. Buy a single barrel, and you will be set for your own "kit" Check out a J&J ceramic. high quality, low price, and no need to squeegie after a chop. |
