here is a tip, actually, good for everyone.
http://www.iespell.com/ - great plug-in for Internet explorer, lets you right click in a field before you post and spell check.
OK, now that's out of the way...
A scenario game at Riverside Renegades. We have talked about that before, and maybe it will happen in the future. There are a lot of things to consider though.
Parking. Say you have 300 people show up. You would need at least 150 parking spaces, maybe more, maybe less. There are ways around that with away parking and busing, but still an issue.
Lodging. We don't have any available room for camping, and hotels are expensive.
Security. Being in the city, there are requirements for security at large events i would guess. That means hiring police for off duty work.
Neighborhood. It is in a residential neighborhood, and we do have to respect that fact. Be it parking or otherwise, it may be a large inconvenience for those living on that street if not planned correctly.
Staging area space. For that many people, we would need more space. That is in the works, but time will show how much space is added.
Planning. Don't expect something like this for about a year after the first parts of planning. It would take a very large effort to get underway. That includes suppliers, vendors, referee's (most likely the Renegades), and all the above aspects.
Its a lot of work, and if all the field is used (its much larger than what is used right now) it could be a blast. But like I said, I don't see it in the near future. I could be wrong, but thats just my speculation.
