Perhaps it is time to set a date for a pump-gun only game, end of Sept seems good.

1> Pick a date in advance so people will have time to prepare for the game.

2> Gives the field time to clean/oil/test their inventory of pump-guns prior to game day. You can always ask for help on the boards to help clean/oil/repair/test the guns too.

3> Post the date for the pump-gun only game on your web site. Perhaps give the event a special name such as "Pump-gun Pride Day", "Pump-gun only day--the way the Jedi use to play it", and so on.

4> On the web site list the benefits of playing a pump-gun only game so those who never played with pump-guns or new to paintball will understand.

5> We would need pump-gun supplies such as CO2 cartridges and 10 round pods. Perhaps Riverside Renegades could get Punishers Paintball to co-sponsor the event. They could sell their CO2 cartridges and 10 round pods at the event exclusively.

6> This should be a two day event, ie weekend, instead of just one day.

7> If it works out and people really like it--perhaps set aside two days each month for pump-gun only games. No other field in the state plays pump-gun games as far as I know.

Ive talked to buddy, he doesn't mind me putting one on. As for 12grams and 10rd tubes.. All the rental guns are Trracers.

If you play Stock Class, more power to you (maybe I can get my PGP running right for this event) but its not a requirement.

Pittsburgh Pump Day works for me.

Don't want or need sponsors, if people want to bring guns to lend out, thats all the better.

I'm even thinking we can allow double action guns, such as the AGA.62 and the NSG Rapide.

And i am thinking we can run it somewhat like these guys do, they are some good buds that i talk to a lot online. They have even helped me get some old pumps running again.

if i play a pump only day i will be using my phantom with a vl200 and normal co2 tank. but i am game

Any setup is welcome, as long as you pump it, bull back a hammer (AGA 62 and Crossman 3357 guys), or its a double action (Splatmaster Rapide, BE Jaguar, GZ2000, etc.)

i'll be running my phantom on a 7 ounce and 10 round tubes, kinda like a modified stock class.
